Missed Appointments/Late Cancellation Fee

24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellation. We give consideration for extenuating circumstances, so please let us know why you are cancelling late. The fee for a missed Chiropractic appointment is $60, and the fee for a missed massage appointment is $90.

Late Arrival

Please give us a call as soon as possible if you will be late to your appointment. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we will try to accommodate you if the practitioner’s schedule allows. If we cannot fit you in late, we may apply a missed appointment fee to your account.

Payment Types

We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, and cash as payment. We also accept most PPO insurances. For more information on insurance, click here
